A strengths-based approach to staff management encourages each person to deliver their best performance. This contributes to creating high-performing teams, which leads to higher productivity as well as stronger staff and client engagement.

Sustainability of skills learnt and cost effectiveness are important. My goal is to see owners and managers take the knowledge and skills gained by the coaching and not only apply it to current situations and staff but also take it into their future visioning and management.

I am currently self-employed and my husband and I co-own a company with offices operating in different regions.
